Knead to be Zen Bodyworks is a private practice Holistic Massage Therapy studio offering customized therapeutic massage sessions, prenatal massage and Reiki.

Each bodywork session is crafted to soothe, relax and focus in on your areas of concern. Gentle to deeper stretching, deep tissue work, hot stones, heated pads, myofascial work, moving massage cups and Reiki are among the techniques that may be used during your session. This unique and eclectic blend of therapeutic massage modalities and energy work allows for the body to heal from both physical and emotional tension. My goal is to decrease your pain and discomfort, while leaving you feeling peaceful and serene.
