A 50% deposit is required for your first session. Deposit is refundable with 24 hour notice of cancellation. Please note that due to a change in Square's processing policies, a fee of approximately 3% will be deducted from all refunds for online deposits.

Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations. Appointments canceled without the required notice will be billed for 50% of the scheduled session. No call/no shows and last minute cancellations (under 4 hours) will be billed the full amount of the scheduled session. Please note that no call/no shows may be unable to book future sessions. Deposits for New Client sessions, prepaid sessions and gift certificates will not be refunded for no shows/late cancellation. Cancellation fee will be waived if you are ill or are experiencing a fever or other symptoms of Cold, Flu or COVID-19. Please be courteous and give as much notice as possible in this case. Thank you!
